Returns and Refund Policy

You (the consumer) have the right to cancel an order for any reason within 7 days of receipt and will receive a full refund provided the item has not been unsealed or used and is in a fit state for reselling. You (the consumer) are liable for the cost of returning the item to Octepos. If you wish to return an ordered item after seven days then refunds will be made at the discretion of management and may be subject to a restocking fee of 10%.

Damaged Items

If an item is delivered damaged then this must be reported to us within 1 working day of receipt. We will ensure swift collection and replacement of the damaged item.  

Faulty Items

If an item is delivered faulty i.e. it is not fit for purpose, then this must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. We will replace or refund faulty items provided the items have not been used. Where an item has been found to be faulty after use then this will be subject to the terms of the warranty on the item.
